Questions on lab work

I had routine labs done and there are three tests that are slightly elevated according to the normal ranges.
C02, BUN and Eosinophils.  All are 1 point above normal ranges.  If I'm not mistaken, all 3 tests can mean kidney disorders.  My doctor does not think there's a problem.  (BUN jumped from 14 to 21 within the last year)
Should I be concerned?  Should I ask my dr to run more tests?
I do have Hashimoto's Thyroidits and take Armour Thyroid.
