Type II diabetic w/nephropathy

I am a 46 year old diabetic diagnosed with nephropathy, Why is it that at times I have microalbumin in my urine and sometimes I don't.  I take enalapril, and 1/4 of a gluburide.  I also have high blood pressure and high cholesterol.  I cannot gain weight, I only weigh 100 pounds.
