2 years back I did blood work to check on my kidney and liver function. The result shows eGFR 93 and the rest are within the healthy range. SP Gravity at 1.020 and no protein traces found in urine.
Last year blood check up for kidney and liver (Different Lab) came up as eGFR: above 60, urea and creatinine almost the same readings as previous year but potassium, calcium and the others increased a bit, but still within the healthy range. SP gravity at 1.030 and no protein traces found in urine
This year, I noticed my urine seems to be bubbly but it's disappear few minutes later and eventually will get better if I increase my water intake. Worried of proteinurea, I did another blood work and the result came back as
eGFR: above 60, urea and creatinine the same as last year, the rest like potassium, calcium, uric acid, etc increased but still within the healthy range. SP gravity at 1.010 and no traces of protein found.
My worries is, 2 years back I was told that my eGFR is 93, I was 26 back then. Now since I change to different lab, the result didn't show the exact eGFR value but only stating that it's above 60. With increasing readings of other results like potassium, calcium, etc.. is my kidney function degrading?
Some say I should have eGFR above 100, but at the age of 26, mine was only 93. Is it normal? My doctor seems not worried about it.
My latest symptom, bubbly urine is an indicator of proteinurea or kidney damage but my result proves otherwise when no protein detected in my urine. I've no kidney disease or family history linked to it but I'm an athlete, and most of my diet is more to protein intake especially protein supplement.
Can anyone help me to explain it to me? I'm worried that my kidney is failing slowly.
