Your suggestion for Kidney transplanted patient.?

History :
Transplant : 17 Yrs ago

Last year (2011) June : Started observing Fever (101 F) during 11 am to 4 pm.
slowly till july fever was shifted to 5pm to 10 pm.
During this period : Whole body scan,
CT scan,
PET CT scan,
malerial test,
dengue test,
TB tests were carried out. All reports are normal. Blood culture , urine culture reports are normal.

After this fever disappeared.
This year same symptoms are showing.
all results till now are normal.
Nephrologist, we follow, have nothing specific to add and no reason behind this. Can someone suggest, what could be source or which tests should be carried out?

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Low grade evening rise of temperature is usually due to tuberculosis. This is correlated with clinical symptoms like loss of appetite and loss of weight and blood tests, which will show a raised ESR and increased lymphocyte count, if it is an active infection.
