Hi,

Zoloft belongs to the group of drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) that are used to treat depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. It can be taken with Alport's Syndrome as long as the dose is adjusted and you undergo special tests. Take care and best regards.

I have Alport's Syndrome and use to be on zoloft. The Dr. that prescribed me to it knew alot about the Alports. I dont know if it is safe, but I know they put me on it.....so I would guess it is.
