My creatinine of 1.1 is worrying me

I have been tested to have a creatinine level of 1.1. I am 50, male and from subcontinent. I also have a tryglyceride condition which remain stable if regular take statin. Whenever I skip it it can reach about 480. For last few months I have been frequently feeling the urge to urinate with very neglible level of burning. I almost daily take a table of Centrum during lunch and with dinner I take vitamin d plus tablet. I am very cautious with my diet: don't take sugar, fats and junk foods. I am very concerned.  By the way,  my story does end here.  Oh,  I forgot tell,  I am very skinny at about 67 kg for all of my 5.11 height.

i think they did my labs wrong this been 3 monthes i was 1..1 now 1.5 in feb 2017 was 1.1..you have to watch your labs keep copys..
