bad labs?

i don't have kidney problems. But i got new labs that has everything on it..ok 2 months ago i had them took my kidney function was great numbers, now this one is not. Showing my GRF 47.88 stage 3 ckd..and cheartine  1.5  chreatine 1.3 not even 3 1/2 months ago, my GFR was 60..the bun was 13 the chreatine was 1.1..messed up labs or i may be eating too much protein i avg 80 grams every other day the 30 other day. I cant see these labs changing that soon. I went from ok to stage a3 CKD..BUN present 22 past 13

Or could be dehydration, drink plenty of water and avoid nsaids
