chronic kidney diseases ( CKD )

i was informed by my general physician that i will had to go for dialysis within 6 months from this date after the results from my blood and urine sample test as he suspect that i am having a CKD but the summary of the Ultrasoung KUB result indicates that there is only a mild increased of parenchymal echoes seen on the left side of the kidney with small cysts-measuring 1.3cm.
kidney size are within normal limits for both kdney.
no stones or hydronephrosis seen
bladder is normal
prostate is not enlarge
my question is whether do i have to go for the dialysis eventhough the ultrasound kub test is on the positive side?
