I agree with Linda....you should get them to atleast put you on a antibiotic to make sure it is not an infection....(it will not hurt the baby) your pregnant and it could cause all kind of issues and can even cause you to go into labor early...you need to talk to your doc..if he wants you wait go to another doc or the ER and tell them about the pain!! Good Luck!!

It could be a kidney stone. From my experience though kidney stone was screaming in agony pain. Lets just say I didn't have to wait in emergency they took me right in.

If it is kidney pain you want to go see a doctor quickly. Injury to the kidney can cause some serious issues. It may also be referred pain. If you have pain from constipation or trapped gas that could cause pain as well as an untreated yeast infection.

Best bet - go get it checked out.

I'm going through the same thing, agonising pain in my right kidney on and off all day and night. I went to A & E and had a pee test which came back fine. The nurse said it could be kidney stones or kidney infection, it just might not have shown up. I had this problem in 2004 and had all sorts of tests and they never found out what was up, after a few months the pain passed and I havent had a problem since up until I went for a routine scan with my pregnancy and now i am in sheer agony. The doctor told me there isn't much they can do until after the baby, well I have another 20 weeks to go and I won't be happy living with this pain for that long and they can't prove they would find out what is up then either. By the looks of other peoples comments it could be  kidney stones, but because I dont have a high temp or am being sick doctors think its unlikely but Ive seen people say they didnt have high temp or nausea too so you never know...
