is this kidney stones or something else?

I had a period of masturbation without ejaculation, something like two weeks, after I had ejaculation, I felt strong pains in the waist and lower back and pain in the penis and the need to urinate all the time.

I went to the doctor who gave me a urine test. He told me there was little some blood in the urine. and he see sand in the urine, he said that i need to drank a lot of water and gave me pills for pain,

After a month, I masturbated and had an ejaculation. After an hour I began to feel that the bladder had again ached and in my growing waist I felt hard pain again, with need to urine,
I went to the clinic, which works 24 hours, did a urine test, while waiting for me to hurt and barely able to sit I went to the bathroom to urinate, I felt burning in the urine and immediately disappeared all the pain,The doctor examined me and told me that there was some blood in the examination. He said that it was possible that a stone had gone out because of that. I felt relieved. He gave me a referral to ultrasound to examine kidney stones, and gave me pills for pain,

Are these stones or inflammation?
