kidney disease

I am 77 years and have a simple cortical cyst of size 20 mm   in the  lower pole of my left kidney. my globulin is 4.4 gm/dl,Total  proteins  8.5. Always feel tired. Bad odor in urine. Heavy head most of times. Pain in  right back. Pain in both knees and the hand finger joints. indigestion with gas. Bouls  not free and clear. Kindly suggest medical treatment.
