kidney infection still having tingling pulses

Hello,  I was diagnosed with a kidney infection 4 weeks ago (left side) note i did not have any UTI infection symptoms that may have caused the kidney infection Two things what stick to me that may have caused this - over exercising the previous two weeks and i also lifted something heavy in the gym which i pulled my lower back muscle on. I was given ciprofloxacin 5 days on the day of seeing the doctor however after my course the doctors rung to say the antib may have not been stong enough after my urine sample got sent off for further testing.  However I felt much better apart from slight flank ache still so the doctor requested another urine sample which came back clear, 4 weeks on im having what i can only describe as a tingle, spasm  and pulsating in my flank its not painful but its as if i can feel my kidney in side me. i also sometimes get what i can descibe as a tingle or bubbly feeling on the left of my  groin like where my urethra tube would meet my bladder (sorry for the poor descriptions).  I have had  further urine sample - clear and blood tests
blood tests are
ESR, FBC, BONE PROFILE, CRP.HEPATIC PROFILE, HBA1C, RENAL PROFILE results were ESP,blood palette and inflammatory were slightly off.  ( going back for further tests on these to see if they have settled) and a ultra sound. Please does anyone have any idea what could be causing this feeling in my kidney? I would say sight exercise also makes the feeling in my kidney appear more. Thank you ;)
