kidney transplant

Hi doctor, i have undergone kidney transplant a month ago. my creatinine level varies from 1.2-1.4 approx. can you please tell me how to decrease my creatinine level and tell me the diet particulars and how much water should i take daily?

Based on the levels of phosphorus, potassium and sodium, a dietary plan is scheduled. So, please consult your doctor, who will refer you to a nutritionist, after the blood tests.
