pregnant and kidney problems :(

I am almost 12 wks pregnant and had albumin +1 in my urine 2 days ago at my appt. I have been having problems urinating (some days i am unable to urinate at all others i am going every 5 to 10 minutes, urinary retention of 105 ml post voiding (normal is less than 50) kidney pain, swollen feet, numbness in toes and fingers that comes and goes blood pressure is fine also having blood in urine that comes and goes sometimes its gross hematuria sometimes microscopic (in which case i dont know until i get a UA done) also painful distended bladder some days. I am waiting to do a 24 hour urine catch until wednesday but will not know results until july 2nd (provided the lab does not come back TERRIBLE)

I am terrified of being hospitalized. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on and what my chances of hospitalization could be???

July is better than no results though. The urologist i was sent to blew off my symptoms completely told me 105 mL post void was normal and that he didnt know why i was in pain or having blood. I found out from my OB that less than 50 was normal, and there is obviously something going on somewhere or i wouldnt have these issues. My OB is the one that ordered the 24 hr test and next appt is not until july 2nd because i am only 12 wks.

No results on the 24 hour urine until JULY!?! Here it takes 4 working days, sometimes 3. I would press for an earlier appointment. If you are willing to take a short notice cancellation appointment sometimes you can get in earlier.

Wish I could say more than good luck. The squeaky wheel gets the grease - make sure you make a lot of noise until you get the answers you need.
