Hello and hope you are doing well.
Sperms are produced in the testis, so an enlarged prostate is unlikely to decrease the concentration of sperms, and nor does it affect the amount of sperm you produce. The sperms thus produced will be mixed with secretions from the prostate gland to form the semen. So, a prostate enlargement, does not affect the sperm count nor does it cause sexual dysfunction.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Hello and hope you are doing well.
On an ultrasonography, the entire volume of the prostate should be less than 20 milliliters. As, your value is raised, next step is to have PSA levels estimated. The normal range of PSA (prostate specific antigen) level is 0-4ng/ml. Based on these levels a biopsy may be planned for a confirmatory diagnosis.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
