I have a kidney infection, but have lots of mucus in my stool.

I have a kidney infection and am currently taking cephalexin but I also have lots of mucus in my stool, (or some sort of cloudy white/green substance, pretty sure mucus), and i’m wondering if I should be concerned? Or does taking antibiotics sometimes cause this. I hope I asked this in the place.
