MSK Pain????

I am a 30 yr old female who was diagnosed with MSK 2 yrs ago. Medullary Sponge Kidney Disease. I have about 16 stones from 1-2 cm in my right kidney. Have never passed any stones. I have had HIDA Scan, Ultrasound, enoscopy, colonoscopy, CT scans with and without contrast and lots of labs. I am in so much pain daily with right quad pain in front and the pain radiates to the right flank. Sometimes down my right leg and groin area. Doctors have given up and just prescribe me Delodid and viccodin. I work for a doctor and i cant function on those medications. I drink about 125 oz of water daily and am very healthy otherwise. I have no idea what else to do to find the source of my problems. I have had right ovary and fallopian tube removed back in 2007 due to endometreosis really bad. I have IUD now to help with endometriosis.

Please help me!!!! I'm miserable.

Nausea, vomiting, headaches, and diarrhea regularly. I dont eat fatty foods, or calcium due to having calcium stones
