Hello and hope you are doing well.
You could be having an obstruction to the outflow of urine. This can happen with an enlarged prostate, a stone or a tumor to name a few. The abdominal pain could be due to the distended bladder. Sometimes a urinary tract infection and cystitis or an overactive bladder can cause frequency to micturate. You will be worked up with blood, urine tests and an ultra-sonogram to detect the cause for the obstruction. Urodynamic tests may help detect the overactive bladder.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
I am no expert so cant tell you if to worry or not! It sounds though that as you are not emptying properly, you may be getting a back up of urine which could be causing pressure??? chronic kidney disease doesnt cuase pain, which is unfortuante as there is no warning!!! groin pain is also likely from over extended bladder, given you say not emptying properly. I have never heard of the skin feeling cold though over the kidneys. Have you had prostrate checked? I would advise this
