Now since been awfully tired, lymphnodes in goin neck under arm back of neck swell and I can feel them suffer from headaches aboyt twice a week neasious , and feverish at times, as well and gagy and loss of apitite . I loss weigh really easy, my lymphocyte count has been high for two years about 3.6-5 as well and lymphocytosis. Speacialist ordering a biopsy crp levels at 17.4.

Hi, I think the biopsy will rule out anything (such as lymphoma), and anything else besides the reactivated EBV. It's just a precaution. Your high CRP and lymphocyte count are to be expected when fighting an infection.

But also, the pathologist in the lab will probably analyze the biopsy sample to see if there are certain "markers" which more dispose to EBV causing a lymphoma in the future.

So what are the chances of that happening? I took a quick look here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5597738/

It seems to say that the type of lymphoma for you to be most aware of is Hodgkins Lymphoma. But listen to this: "EBV-positive cases [of Hodgkins Lymphoma] are more prevalent in children under 10 years and adults over 80 years". So that's not your age group.

I'd want very much for doctors to try to discover why your immune system seems to be weak, so that the EBV is not controlled.

Good luck.
