lymphoma

I am under investigation ie had MRI and will have an  answer 25th sept for pain in r/groin  which the consultant thinks is onset of osteoarthritis but cannot tell until MRI comes back. I feel slight pain in the groin area when walking but feel excessively tired and sit in a chair and I fall asleep. I do feel unwell with slight bowel changes in the morning. I have recently felt a slight lump in my right groin leg when I abduct my leg on the bed. Walking is uncomfortable with stiffness and I feel i am not using my muscles properly. Would the pelvic MRI show the lump? have you any idea whether this pattern matches anything?

I read that breathing problems can be a sign of lymphoma and mine isn't responding to prednisone or inhalers that well....I don't have any swollen lymph glands that I know of

I was also having groin pain and wheezing when I exhale that isn't cured on antibiotics after 4 weeks.  I also have leg numbness that goes away when I take prednisone which reduces inflammation.  also unexplained fatigue

can an MRI rule out lymphoma or are there blood tests I need?

MRI is a good test for a lump in a groin/leg since it shows tissue rather than CT/xray that shows bone.  Sometimes MRI shows other reasons for having pain in the groin like stress fractures and stuff in your back like kidney stuff.
