Hi.
The enlarged lymph nodes in lymphoma can be localized to one area of the body, like the neck or the inguinal area.  It can also be generalized involving many areas.  The location of the lymph nodes is used in the staging of lymphoma, whether the lymph nodes are located on the same side or both sides of the diaphragm.
Enlargement of lymph nodes are commonly caused by infection.  This is because lymph nodes serve like a filter.  Lymphoma is also a consideration in patients with enlarged lymph nodes.
You may want to seek consult with your doctor for evaluation.
Take care.

What other symptoms do you have? What size is it? How long has it been there? Have you been sick or sore throat?
