unexplained symptoms

i am 50 yr old female with complaints of extreme fatigue, dizziness, nausea, loss of concentration, night sweats at times with shaking but no fever. my thyroid level is normal on medication. A1C normal as well. my symptoms have become more progressive over last 6 months. i had pneumonia in 2009 with radiologists declaring after several cts, bone scans that i possibly had metastatic cancer or possibly "myelo -something leukemia". after 9 months of testing nothing showed up. i continue to be followed every 6 months by oncology. could this possibly be some form of leukemia. i feel something is off.

thank you so much for posting a comment... i know it doesn't make sense. in 2009 i was having night sweats, chills, no fever and severe headache, thought it was the flu, ended up in er where they discovered in fact i did have pneumonia.  after they ran all kinds of tests i was told that i had a tumor in my lung, mass in my bladder and a lesion on my sternum.  the rad results showed possible mets or possibly myeloproliferative disease which i researched turns into leukemia if not treated.  a primary location was never found, doctors and radiologist conferred many times and disagreed with each other.  tumor i guess disappeared (was probably i think misdiagnosed), mass in bladder turned out to be polyps which were removed and they found i had interstitial cystis, and after 9 months because of the location and risks, i finally got a cardiovascular surgeon to biopsy my sternum (which was mostly bony fragments instead of marrow) and was told it was ok but they have me being followed by oncology because they are baffled by it.  my chest xrays have been clear, blood work has been ok but since that admission i have had more progressed symptoms.  my fatigue is extreme, i continue to have these spells where i wake up in the night sweating and nausea (no fever), started experiencing loss of concentration in December, and just feel awful, headaches at times and lots of weakness, no energy. i just recently had more blood work and it only shows a slight uti and elevated kidney function. i see oncology on thursday for 6 month check up. i don't know what else to do because i am normally a very active, work 2 jobs kind of person. it is very unusual for me to feel so fatigued where i feel like i can hardly function.

Hi:  Could you be a little more specific.  Leukemia comes in different forms. I have what they call Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia, and mine was found through a routine blood test which showed a high white blood count.  That is usually how they find it, because in most cases there are no symptoms.
You said your seeing a Oncologist, but from what you are posting it does not make much sense to me.  If there is some sort of a metatastic cancer why would he wait 6 months.  Are you going through any type of treatment for another cancer>  I would like to help you, but I need more info.
