Hi Ive just joined and I know I'm probably posting on the wrong part, but just curious, I've always had a wee small lump under my chin it's always been there as far as I know anyway. Until around New Years Eve night my lip piercing was accidentally hit which left my lip very sore and swollen next morning I notice that the lump under my chin had gotten bigger. I took the piercing out the swelling went down it's still a bit sore at the top of my bottom lip and slightly yellow around the whole where the piercing had been. The lump is quite hard moves slightly to the left side and is situated a little to the left, it's not sore but can be a tad bit sore now when I move it from moving it continuously, Just wondering if anyone can give me some answers, as I'm bad with anxiety and everything freaks me out and my brain goes into over drive, I'm generally very healthy always have been
All replies are much appreciated
Thank you

Well infact i do actually have hashimotos which is an autoimmune disease. However i have had my thyroid felt and the doctor said it was fine.
I get acid reflux most days however, and a weird feeling in the top left side of my stomach under my ribs (swollen spleen??) with some bowel issues.. is this pointing to cancer at all?
Ive just found another big lymph node on the back of my neck on the same side this one doesnt move and doesnt hurt! I it feels solid..im absolutely terrified that this could be cancer!
Could any type of cancer cause an ache in the gland and swelling? My doctor didnt even know what it was and why its swollen and hard! It moves though. Is that a good thing?
Hi, the main thing to keep in mind for now is that the non-cancer causes are more likely than any cancer. Also, lymphoma usually isn't painful like yours is.
Just to add, i had a full blood count done recently and nothing came up that was bad apparently.
