There can also be some inflammation that is not from an infection. The anti-inflammatory effect of the omega-3 can make that inflammation go down a little bit.
Extreme emotional stress can also be making the nodes increase in size a little and can also be involved in the vasculitis in your blood vessels. That would be rare, but I think it's possible.
Lymph nodes can enlarge because of an infection, but sometimes they don't go back down as they should because they get filled with scar tissue. Therefore, you can have a CBC that shows no active infection anymore, yet still have enlarged nodes for a long time afterwards.
