Several lymph nodes on the left side of body

Hi All

I'm not sure someone ever experience like me and this thing is normal to occur or not?

The story start  on the last August, I palpate the lymph node on left collar bone which is soft and movable, the size is less than 1 cm. I go to see the doctor and he order ultrasound and gave me the antibiotic medication for 2 weeks. However, the node stay still, no change in size and characteristic. So, the surgeon has do the biopsy and the  result show that it is reactive node and not TB. No other check up or test is done after that.

From that day till today (Aug 18 - Dec 19), there are several nodes appear that I can palpate, 2 and the left cervical, 2 at the left side of submandibular and 1 at the left arm pit (All nodes are appear in the different time).
All of them are soft and movable, the size is less than 1 cm. I've no any symptom of sickness. However, these nodes never disappear, but no any change occurred also.

Finally,  with extremeIy anxiety. I go to see the doctor. Again, he order the ultrasound to see all of my palpable nodes and say that nothing to concern the ultrasound show all nodes size are small, oval shape and preserve with fatty hillum and this kind of thing which happen to me can be generally occurred to everyone. Again, no other test done.

Prior to Aug 18, I never experienced like this before in my life. (Now I'm 28). So, any body has ever experience like me and the thing happen to me is normal? Should I go to see another doctor to get the second opinion?

Thanks for your help

Hi, from the biopsy and the ultrasounds we can know that you do not have any cancer. So what is causing the nodes to enlarge? It might be some infection other than TB. Or it might be some unusual immune reaction without any infection. Do you have a family history of unusual immune conditions?

I would guess that extreme stress could contribute. Certain biochemicals (like Corticotropin Releasing Hormone) get secreted from nerves during high stress, and the CRH can eventually stir up immune cells to multiply. A node can then fill up with all the extra immune cells that accumulate.
