Should I be concerned?

Hi there.
I haven't been feeling well since January 1st. I have a lot of speculated problems and ideas but nothing has been really confirmed, this includes lymphoma.
When this first started my WBC was very low, but apparently, it's gone up (got the call today after having blood work at the beginning of the week). I haven't been shown the exact numbers or any other results from my blood work. While my WBC seems to be "improving" my symptoms are getting worse.
Even though my blood work seems fairly "normal", is it possible to still have lymphoma? Is it possible to change from low to normal and still be lymphoma? I would really like to see what you all think.

I have a swollen lymph node in my groin/tummy area which has become more tender and painful. This "lump" was noticed by a doctor at the hospital and I also think my neck lymph nodes are slightly enlarged, but not considerably.
lymph nodes in my neck, also a lump under my breast.

The symptoms are;
Unexplained weight loss  (13% + of body weight in one month)
Trouble breathing (My oxygen levels were normal at the hospital, but it can feel like I'm not getting enough air especially after walking.
Chills / sweats / fever
Weak  (I was turning off my phone and holding down the button and the exertion caused my hands to shake uncontrollably. )
Achy muscles, especially in my inner arm and legs
Trouble walking
Dizziness
Extreme stomach/hip/abdomen pain. I had an ultrasound and it was extremely painful, I cried.
Headaches
Have trouble going to bed but then have trouble getting out of bed, always tired.
Incredibly itchy, this is a new and very annoying symptom.
I think I'm pooping/peeing blood as well, I found some blood in the toilet earlier today, I do have pictures but I'll only share them if it's relevant.
Painful period cramps (don't know if this is relevant)

I have had a pelvic/ab external ultrasound but that came normal, and a pelvic/ab xray which came back normal. I also had a back xray (a chiropractor recommended this). It showed subluxations in my neck and lower spine, the chiropractor was "90% sure this was my problem" and the cost for the treatment was very expensive.
I do have a CT coming up, but no chest xrays or biopsy.

I'm wondering if it's possible to have a normal-ish WBC and still have lymphoma, or if it's happened to you.

Also - my vitamin D levels were very, very low. 30/70 (something like that).

Sorry to say, but getting diagnosed will quite possibly take a long time. Keep in mind that there is likely a single cause for all your problems -- likely either infection first, or immune dysfunction second. The primary job of lymph nodes involves enlarging as immune cells inside them proliferate to fight an infection.

Blood cells can in turn be killed by a virus. Or even sometimes killed by other immune cells.

You can help yourself by educating yourself as much as possible, then you might be able to influence what tests you get; but that will also take more than a little time. Good luck to you.

If you are in the U.S., it is your legal right to have that info. (Plus you should want to keep copies of all tests for future reference.) You might be able to get the CBC online depending on the doctor. Or maybe you can call the office.

If your platelets are not very low, then the bleeding is not from a blood cancer. That should ease your mind. Also, when WBC gets low from a blood cancer, it would be very unlikely to come back to normal all by itself.

Was there anything that started off all your problems, like an exposure to a possible infection?

Please be very careful to not fall and crack your head. Did anybody mention that your iron is low, i.e. anemia?

I wouldn't go to a chiropractor for this.

a CBC is Complete Blood Count.
I'm under 18 and in Canada, so I don't have the info. I can ask for the exact numbers but can't guarantee a response. I believe my platelets are normal, but I haven't heard anything about that. I have been told that I could possibly be anemic, but it's never been confirmed.

When this first started, they found blood in my urine and said it was most likely a UTI, but that's it.

Now it's just more waiting. I want to get to the bottom of this, I can't go to school or work.

Hi, first up can you get the numbers for your CBC, specifically the platelet count? That can address one of the most alarming symptoms which is the bleeding and that also relates to your main question about the possibility of lymphoma.

After that, I can quickly address your question about the WBC but at this point lymphoma doesn't seem likely at all.

I actually don't have any exact amounts, that information was never given to me.
