Hello i am a 23 yr old female that has just had a 11.3 white blood count is this a sign of cancer? please respond quickly im very worried.

There are several reasons that someone may have a high white blood cell count - these cells are important in fighting infection and responding to physiological stress.  Having an elevated white blood cell counts does not mean you have cancer.  

I would recommend to discuss with your doctor.
