AFP 11.8: Is it dangerous?

I am diagnised with hepatitus B & HBSag is recative With HBV quantitive as 226. Doctor advised me to take baraclude 0.5 mg,which i am taking for past 3 days.Earlier also in 2105 it was 57 & after 30 days of baraclude it was less than 20. My doctor also advbied me to carry out AFp this time & value is 11.8, slightly higher than the limit of 10. I am fully fit & run 5-10 km daily, no issue at all. Does AFP 11.8 indiacte something worse? will 60 days of baraclude reduce this level or it suggest liver cancer. Please suggest frankly reagrds,
