Abnormal liver results in recent CT scan

I am a 39 year old female.  I had my gallbladder removed in 2007 and had Roux-en-y gastric bypass in 2010.  I have had a few CT scans over the past couple of years due to abdominal pain associated with the 'Y' portion of the roux.  In all 3 CT scans, they've noted a 'stable left hepatic small cyst' (11mm).  However, this most recent CT also noted 'tapering of the common bile duct from 13mm in the porta hepatis to 7mm in the low pancreatic head.'  Additionally, 'increasing intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary prominence post cholecystectomy' and 'increasing left and right intrahepatic biliary dilation.'  The pancreas and pancreatic duct were noted as unremarkable.  My blood work numbers were as follows:  AST 43; ALT 32; ALP 128; Bilirubin (total) 0.7 and Bilirubin (direct) 0.3.  I'm in the process of getting an appointment to see a GI specialist but am panicking in the meantime.  (Google can be a scary thing!!)  Any thoughts or suggestions regarding the items noted in the CT scan?
