Ast liver enzyme high?

I had a liver blood test that showed elevated Ast of 69 reference range is 40,  alt 34 reference is 40. So alt is normal but ast is high.

My doctor did other blood tests ggt, phosphate alkaline they were both normal.

He also ruled out hapatits c and b  i don't have that

Had an ultrasound the doctor doing ultrasound said liver looked normal, i told him i had fatty liver in 2004 that i cured in two months with diet and working out, he said i have bit of fat on my liver but its not much and also ntg of concern (his own words)

I also had cbc done all normal except for platelets abit low 100,000, my doc said they are not dangerously so i only need monitoring to retest the platelets count every six months.

The reason why i got the liver tests in first place, was only because my doctor wanted a routine check up on my liver, since i have been on blood thinner for a month called xarelto due to a blood clot in my leg.

So my question is what can cause an isolated elevation in ast liver enzyme? Is 69 ast too high?

I don't take any other medication, just the blood thinnner xarelto which i have been taking dialy for more than a month
