Borderline SGPT-SGOT readings

Hello,

I got a routine diagnosis checkup done and the SGPT-SGOT levels were on border line, can you suggest proper medication.  I was drinking moderately for last one year

SGPT - 58
SGOT - 38
Alkaline Phophate - 113
Bilirubin - Total  0.8
Bilirubin - Direct 0.2
Bilirubin - Indirect 0.6
Albumin - 3.5
Globulin - 3.5

hi I did a check up and my SGOT is 29 but my SGPT is a little bite high at 37 can you please tell me what can I do to lower these level

There are number of reason i meant to say

There are a no reason of increase liver enzymes, it can be due to viral infection like hepatitis, alcohol related, due to fat depositin in liver, other metabolic abnormalities and autoimmune, in which body own defence systen act against liver, meet your local dr, he will advise you certain tests to exclude above mentioned causes
