What is the remedies to prevent the IHBR AND VASCULAR channel is not dilated.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

It means the common bile duct, which is the duct which collects bile from the liver is dilated. The normal diameter is around 5mm. This duct gets dilated if there is a distal obstruction like a stone or tumor. This can lead to back flow and can cause dilatation of the intra hepatic biliary radicals (IHBR). It needs to be seen what has caused these changes.
