Is an enlarged liver of 15.87cm dangerous?

I was having pains on different parts of my abdomen and also loose stool(once a day) not really diarrhea that lasted for weeks so I went to do an abdominopelvic scan. It showed my liver is enlarged-15.87cm in craniocaudal diameter with hyperechoic texture. The pain has stopped now but I want to know how to get my liver to normal.I don't even know what caused it. I'll like to know what food to eat and avoid. I am a 24 year old male. I did Hepatotis B and C and they both came out negative
