Can anyone help decipher lab results

Today I got my lab results back, I was told my red cells are abnormal, and that i need a ultra sound on my liver. I do not understand any of this and wish to be informed. If anyone can decipher what these results may mean please and thank you!

Looking at your labs, I wouldn't worry much about the red blood levels that are elevated. The important cell characteristic values are all normal: MCV, MCHC and RDW. There is only a minor elevation in your Hematocrit and related values. And simply doing a bunch of yard work with a lot of sweating/dehydration can cause this. A simple retest with normal fluid levels will likely show normal values.

What your doctor is primarily worried about is the elevation in the liver enzymes. Something seems to be irritating your liver but not aggressively. Given the normal levels of your cholestatic markers: ALP and Bilirubin, your liver issue seems to be hepatocellular in nature.

Hopefully the US will provide some clues as to what's up. If it's just a fatty liver, then all you have to do is make a few dietary changes to correct things. So it's good that your doctor caught this at your young age, and hopefully a simple change will set things back in order.
