Can elevated liver enzymes cause me to vomit?

I'm a 20-year-old on a very low dose of isotretanoin (20 mg). Recently I got a really bad infection that requires 3 different antibiotics and a lot of paracetamol to lower the fever. It took me 21 days to get out of bed. During that time I was on and off Accutane  (isotretanoin). It's been 2 weeks since the infection cleared off and i started randomly vomiting all of the food I eat at random days and at different times. Is it possible that I elevated my liver enzymes, and is it possible that they are causing this nasea and vomiting. I got the AST &ALT enzymes tested today, what are normal values to expect?
Thank u so much in advance.
