Elevated AST, ALT and CRP along with persistent hives?

I just got my test results back and I'm very nervous. I'm a 5'5" 20 year old female and I weighed 145lbs at the Doctor's office this week. My AST is 83, my ALT is 106 and my CRP came back as 10.9, all significantly outside of the normal range. I've also been having persistent hives over the last two weeks which can be controlled only by low-dose steroids (and no, it's not an allergy to anything). I have one very swollen lymph not on my lower neck, and have seen blood in my stool a few times, but not consistently. My doctor says its Mono but won't run the test for mono on me and I just don't trust her that much honestly. Any help is very much appreciated.
