Fairly Severe Upper Right Quadrant Pain

This pain radiates all the way to the side and back. Basically all around the liver area. I can push in on the ribs on my side and it hurts pretty bad. I want to say it is like a swollen hurt, but it hurts when I bend and twist too, to the left. I have had mri, ct and ultrasound. Nothing came back concerning except 1cm dilation of my extrahepatic bile duct. Could that cause this severe pain?  I would say nothing really makes the pain worse or better, I do believe when I take my oxycodone without tylenol it might pronounce the pain a little more or it’s my mind and stress. I take oxy for my horrible back pains. Any ideas from anyone?   Lab work all came back normal. Doctors have told me it’s my back causing my pain, but it’s directly over my liver!  I’m afraid I’m dying.
