medical check up

i have done my medical check up the report states following is above level required
SGPT 48 U/L, SGOT 36 U/L
Leucocyte 11.06 • 10"3/ul ...range.....4.80-10.80
Neutrophils 60 • % ....range.....40-47

Request your kind advise.

Hi well the numbers are slightly elevated. It could be from alcohol or medications.  You could try to find out if any medications could be affecting your liver.  Also anything you eat or drink has to go through the liver so try to keep that in mind.  I have this mantra, drink more water :)
I try to drink as much water as I can to help my liver work better

Hey there! I'm not sure where to start.  Are you feeling sick? What does your doctor say?  Do you drink alcohol?  Drinking before the test can affect the numbers. You SGPT and SGOT are slightly elevated.  Is it possible your body is fighting a virus or infection?
