Fatty liver in Ultrasound with symptoms

Hi everyone,

I have just returned from an ultrasound where I have been told i have a fatty liver.

I have also had symptoms which are fatigue upper right abdominal pain and yellow poo.

The abdominal pain has subsided some what and poo is returning to a light brown.

I do not drink and have not for 10 years i work as a consultant and i stay away from home a lot eating out almost every meal until coronavirus lockdown earlier in the year where i now work from home but get much less exercise. I am very slightly overweight bmi of 27 but otherwise healthy.

I was looking for some advice on what i can do to improve my situation?

what tests i should be asking my doctor about?

any helpful advice or resources?
