Fatty liver or liver disorder

Hello doctor, I am 29 year old person. Last year in my ultrasound report i was diagnosed with fatty liver grade 3 after that i took care ofy food and exercise. But there was no change in my liver side pain. Some days before again i went for ultrasound and as per report i am having fatty liver Grade-1.But still i am feeling same pain and swelling like feeling in the liver everyday. I am upset now bcz of all time light pain. Pleas advise sir ?

No, I dont have any IBS symptoms because the pain is always in upper right quadtent and it feels every 2nd hour. It pains even when no gas and blotting. It feels numbness and sometimes needle like.

do you have irritable bowel (ibs)? that may cause gas in bendings which may cause pain in right quadrant.

ya right my liver is fatty with Grade-1, so it is enlarged as per the grade. My liver enzimes were normal even when my liver was fatty with Grade-3 and now also.

according to an hepatologist professor "liver does not  have nerves and hence does not give pain. it gives pain when it is enlarged and pressing its capsule.
that is what he said and i am not sure if it is hundred percent correct.
is your liver enlarged? how are your enzyme levels?
