LDH, SGOT, and SGPT high

I recently got a blood screening results. I noticed that the LDH were at 257, the SGOT at 120, and the SGPT at 64. I am concerned and would like know if this is bad and what should I do next?

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Understand your predicament. But please post this query in the appropriate forum, you will get a better feedback.

The SGPT and SGOT levels are elevated in liver disorders. Besides this they are also elevated in conditions like muscle injury and sometimes due to medications. If you do not have symptoms of liver disease like jaundice, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and fever, I would advise you to wait for now and repeat the test after four weeks to see how the levels are progressing.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Your LDH is normal.
Your SGOT and SGPT levels are very high.

Are you sure you read those right? Perhaps it was 12.0 and 6.4? Or some other combination?

Were these tests done for an allergy related problem?

Quit drinking alcohol if you drink it.
Your doctor will run more tests.

Please post this on a liver related forum.
