Thanks douche for responding to me! My urologist let me know about the lesion on the kidney but didn't let me know about anything on my liver. When I called my primary they didn't have a copy of CT scan at all for some reason. However, I got a chance to talk my primary yesterday and he pulled the results and also spoke to the radiologist. both my primary and my radiologist think its all most likely due to a benign nature but will order an mri anyway. I should have already received a phone call to schedule it but the doc told me if i dont hear from them by tomorrow morning to personally call him. Thanks again for answering. the doc says not to worry but ive already lost all my grandparents to cancer and my mom got diagnosed with stage 3 brain cancer at only 45 so ita hard not to worry.. The MRI shouls give me some reassurance.
Hi I did a search and found a description of a hemangioma.
I just re-read your question. Are you saying that your doctor told you about the lesion in your kidney but never mentioned the liver?..then when you called the office staff said that they did not have the results?

Most people don't need treatment
If your liver hemangioma is small and doesn't cause any signs or symptoms, you won't need treatment. While you may be worried about leaving a liver mass untreated, in most cases a liver hemangioma will never grow and will never cause problems.
Your doctor may schedule follow-up exams to check your liver hemangioma periodically for growth.
Hi there I think you need to talk to your doctor about this. I am sorry your are going thtough rhis alone, it really is not fair . As you can read you have some lesions on your liver. From reading it looks as if they feel it may need to be looked at further.
I am not a doctor however I have calcification in my breast and was told it was nothing about, I will try to search for something.
It also appears that they think contrast would help, not sure why they did not do a CT with contrast but that would have been up to the doctor. Are you on any medication for a UTI?
I will be back
