If our liver working not good ,we can diagnosis it in stool

No, stool can not be used as a diagnostic tool for liver disease.  It can be used as an indicator say as in the case of an elevated bilirubin level which will typically leave your stool pale or clay colored but it is not diagnostic element.  Diagnosis can only be made through blood work, imaging and a complete history and if need be a liver biopsy.
