Lover hemangioma

I have non-Hodgekins follicular lymph phons. In the diagnosis phase my gastroenterologist found two hemangiomas and in subsequent test found they are growing. He referred me to a surgeon just as a preliminary step in case there might be a need for surgery. My issue is this surgeon informed me he had rarely done this procedure and that the location and the multiple incidents would require removal of over half my liver!  Needless to say, I am concerned about locating a surgeon with more experience  and interested in getting another opinion.   Where do I start my search with the objective of finding an expert in multiple hemangioma removal?

Thank you
