My LFT trend..pls advise

Here is my LFT trend

JULY 2010(Did it today)
AST   18 IU/L
ALT   17.2 IU/L
GGT   24 IU/L
ALK. PHOS. 45 IU/L



APRIL 2010
AST  41 IU/L
ALT  19 IU/L
GGT   31 IU/L
ALK. PHOS. 20

FEBRUARY 2010
AST   27 IU/L
ALT   39 IU/L
GGT   39 IU/L
ALK. PHOS. 44


HISTORY: Diagnosed Hep B positive October 2009

Hepatitis B core IgM Ab                            Negative

HBV DNA as @ May 29, 2010: 20,682 copies/ml

I have not been on any drugs

Pls I need advice, especially on the trend of my LFT results, and other things here.

I don't see anything alarming about your liver enzymes.  If you haven't already done so you can look up the normal ranges for these enzymes on the internet, but yours look pretty good.  I do not have knowledge of Help B but perhaps someone else here can shed some light on it.

Other info:
I have been experiencing mild pains around my lower, right abdomen, sometimes to the back since February. I have done USS about 4 times since then, the latest being three weks, at two different hospitals, but all Doctors saying the abdominal organs(liver, Kidney etc) are very ok.
