My most recent labs show AST=35 and ALT=61. Meaning? How can I reverse?

I have metastatic nscl cancer (cervical spine and mid-chest) in remission about 6 months.  Take Tagrisso. Also have several auto-immune disorders including Hashimotos.  Are these labs a concern and what should I do?

Don't know if your labs are any concern because each lab has its own ranges of what is the normal range.
