Resveratrol for NAFLD fatty liver+hemangioma

is Resveratrol a possible risky treatment for fatty liver+hemangioma?  it is really serious if I have just 1-2 standard drinks I lose my hearing I'm handicapped and speech sounds like a blur and I am nauseous and vomit.  I had 2 strokes already and am handicapped from that I can't get the toxins out of my body because of the liver disease.  the hepatologist put me on actos and vitamin E then the PCP said vitamin E is very bad because of coagluation issues
