SGPT AND SGOT TEST

I am 48, i have conducted a routine blood test, my reports are shoving SGPT 62 and SGOT 57. what care should i take so that this level could be normal. If any medicine or exercise can help to control this levels please suggest.

These are mild elevations. Simply followup liver panel testing to see how things are going. Hopefully your doctor can tell whether it is fatty liver or not.

Hi there, FNTN is correct, this levels are just slightly elevated. Did you drink alcohol before the testing? Drinking water helps your liver work better as well. What did the doctor say?
