Sgpt, sgot, and ggt levels

Hi, i am a medival technologist and i tested my father for these liver enzymes which appeared to be elevated.
Sgpt 129.1
Sgot 129
Ggt is also elevated but i forgot the exact value.
He had been a chronic casual drinker but that was a few years ago. Is it still a diagnosis for chronic alcoholism? And what should my father do to normalize these enzymes?

His levels don't indicate any alcoholic hepatitis issues. But continuous alcohol use will cause fatty liver disease. Also, dietary tendences will cause this as well. Only a doctor will be able to determine exactly what is going on, but fatty liver disease is a good possibility. And diet changes, with no alcohol and exercise can turn this around very quickly.
