Should I Be Worried????

Hi, so first I have COPD and Asthma. Also had a DVT and PE March 2017. So pretty much since Nov 2016 I just have had one thing after another. I also had IV infusions last summer due to bad anemic disorder. Then my IGG levels were low so I had to do a immune challenge. While my immune system is low it’s not bad enough for IVIG therapy. So on to last week, I started a new job and since I was new and didn’t want to take off work, I went to the ER due to my legs and ankles being very swollen. So being afraid of another clot I just went to ER after work. They did a ct scan with contrast. And ultrasound . And luckily I was all
clear as far as another blood clot. This was all last Monday. Well, a couple days ago I looked up my results on the patient portal for the hospital. And saw my ct scan results which were never told to me,  it stated  “ Patient has a hiatal hernia. Scanning through the upper abdomen demonstrates an large spleen measuring approximately 15 cm. There are splenic varices present. Liver only partially seen although appears slightly nodular. Findings suggestive of possible hepatocellular disease with secondary splenomegaly and splenic varices. These findings were present on prior CT abdomen pelvis from 01/26/2018 although not appreciated as there was no IV contrast administered.”   So apparently something with my liver showed up in January as well and was never told to me. Now in Jan, I did not have a primary care dr. I did get one about 2 months ago and seen him only once. So my question is?  Should I be worried? Does anyone know anything about this as I haven’t got a clue. I never drank in my life and no drugs. No diabetes either. My blood work last week showed that my alkaline phosphatase is high as well as my creatinine. My protein and urea nitrogen are both low. Also I did have a colonoscopy and endoscopy Aug 2017 and nothing was said. I’m hoping that it was not brought to my attention because it was not Serious. Or because I didn’t have a primary care listed then it sort of fell through the cracks. So with all that being said, can anyone shed some light on this?  Thanks in advance.
